I built Kellow Recruiting on a simple belief: when recruitment is done right, it can transform companies, careers, and communities. At my core, I’m driven by a genuine passion for helping people find meaningful work. Recruiting isn’t transactional to me — it’s about trust. Every placement represents someone’s livelihood and a company’s future. That’s why I stand behind a clear promise: the recruitment process isn’t broken — it just needs to be done the right way.
The Kellow Approach is built on alignment and precision. I’ve taken decades of business experience, advanced interviewing, and behavioural assessment expertise and developed a best-in-class recruitment program designed to consistently deliver measurable results. From the first conversation to the final offer, candidate and client experiences are intentionally connected.
Before founding Kellow Recruiting, I spent 20+ years in market research, partnering with 7 of the world’s top 15 global brands and conducting thousands of interviews, studying how people think, communicate, and make decisions. Since launching my recruitment practice in 2017, I’ve built deep, hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, steadily expanding my industry knowledge, professional network, and practical hiring expertise, and applying those insights to deliver consistently strong outcomes for both candidates and clients.
Today, I help professionals secure well-paying local roles and support businesses in building strong, reliable teams — particularly those focused on hiring closer to home and improving retention and performance. At its core, my work is about long-term partnership: the right person, in the right role, with the right team.
